Cost

The cost per email “session” is R240 (30 US Dollars or 20 UK Pounds). This includes your explaining the situation and a reply from me. This might require some clarification. There is a questionnaire to help you introduce yourself, or you can just bumble away and let me know what is on your mind.

Alternatively, also for R240 (30 US Dollars or 20 UK Pounds), we can make an appointment to chat online via MSN or Skype for an hour. The choice is entirely your own and will depend on your personal preference. Currently the practice is split 50/50.

Payments in advance


All payments must be received in advance. You won’t be able to claim from your medical insurance for e-therapy. I offer a discount of 10% for bulk payments of 6 sessions or a monthly rate of R1900.

Means of payment

Go to the CyberShrink Shop to make payments via my secure online gateway. I accept VISA and Mastercard. If you are not comfortable with this you can contact me and authorise a debit order mandate where I can debit your account or credit card.
