Your privacy

Protecting your privacy is a big concern to CyberShrink. You cannot feel secure in an online counselling relationship if you don’t feel as comfortable as possible visiting our site and using its services. This Privacy Statement will tell you what information we collect, how we protect it, and what choices you have about how that information is used.

We urge you to read our Privacy Statement so that you will understand both our commitment to you and your privacy, as well as how you can participate in that assurance.

Information We Collect

If you use a service that requires use of a credit card, we will use the appropriate information to charge your credit card through our secure third party merchant. We do not retain your credit card details and neither do they.

We also collect information about you and your use of our site through the use of statistics. These statistics are based on IP address and are used for Web analytics and internet marketing. This information may help us generate advertising and content on web pages and allows us to statistically monitor how many people are using our site and for what purpose.

Disclosure of Your Personal Information

Except as set forth in this section, CyberShrink will never disclose to unaffiliated companies any information it gathers from you that could be used to identify or contact you ("Personal Information"). Any Personal Information provided to entities affiliated with CyberShrink will be treated in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Statement, unless you are otherwise notified.

CyberShrink will never intentionally disclose any Personal Information about you as an individual. We will never give your name, address, telephone number, credit card number, or e-mail address to any third party without your permission.

In certain circumstances we may be required to release Personal Information to third parties, such as to comply with a law, regulation, search warrant, subpoena or court order, or in special cases, such as a physical threat to you or to others. This is in accordance with ethical principals and you will be notified should this occur.

Please note that you are responsible for taking all reasonable steps to ensure that no unauthorized person shall have access to your password or other information you consider confidential. It is your sole responsibility to control the dissemination and use of activation codes and passwords, to authorize, monitor, and control access to and use of your password, and to promptly inform CyberShrink of any need to deactivate a password.

Disclosure of Non-Personal Information

We collect non-personal information through web statistics. This non-personal information may include the web browser you use, the type of operating system, the Internet service provider, and other similar information. Our system also automatically gathers information about the areas you visit on our website and about the links you select from within CyberShrink. We use this information to understand how visitors to CyberShrink react to the services and resources on our site. This enables us to understand which areas of CyberShrink appeal to our users and which areas need improvement.

CyberShrink may provide general information about the use of the website to our web development company (currently Cybermaster, albeit this may change) that does not allow you to be identified to or contacted by third parties. For example, we might inform Cybermaster regarding the number of users of our site and the most popular pages visited, entry pages, exit pages etc

We may share this collective statistical information with our partners, suppliers, and other third parties, but we will not share any Personal Information with them. Advertisers on the site may display ads that can collect information about CyberShrink users, but we will not permit advertisers to collect any personal information from our users within our site.

CyberShrink wants your personal information to remain as secure as reasonably possible. That is why we have a system that combines technical safeguards and a code of conduct for those employees who are permitted to access our customer's personal information.
